Proceedings
If you give a talk, present a poster / tutorial / focus demo / demo booth, or organise a BoF at ADASS you are expected to submit a paper for the proceedings.
Invited speakers and financial aid recipients are required to submit a paper; everyone else is strongly encouraged to do so.
The Proceedings are published by the Astronomical Society of the Pacific (ASP) as part of their Conference Series.
The deadline to submit a preliminary version of your manuscript is 15 October (the day before the start of the Conference), midnight CEST. Submitting the preliminary version is mandatory to have your paper published in the proceedings.
The deadline to submit the final version is 20 November, midnight CEST.

In particular, be aware that the following length limits (for the hardcopy version of the proceedings) apply to the various presentation types:
- Invited Oral: 10 pages
- Contributed Oral: 4 pages
- Display: 4 pages
- Demonstration: 4 pages
- BoF: 4 pages summary
